Looking back on how I was working and feeling before I started training with Drew; it was horrible. I have had a bad back for years and it wasn’t until I started learning how to lift properly that I began feeling better. It’s been a long process but I can actually see results…and so can my girlfriend. Pretty great feeling more confident too.Pat
I have had the pleasure of working one on one with both Georgia Beeby and Andrew Ayres as my personal trainers and when I found out they were opening their own CrossFit box I was beyond ecstatic because individually they share a wealth of knowledge and I know they will only provide the best as a team. They are two people who are extremely passionate about movement, mobility and quality over quantity. Before training with them I struggled a lot mentally and physically with my back squat and over time we have broken through many barriers and found exactly where I needed to work. Georgia Beeby is the number one go to personal trainer. Her enthusiasm, support and encouragement is so unique and for someone like myself who has always struggled with my weight, I have tried many different trainers over the years since I can remember but results didn’t happen and I never felt 100% committed or motivated…that was until I met Georgia. Georgia Beeby changed my life. She was the person who went on a life changing health and fitness journey with me and not only helped me train hard which resulted in me loosing 25kgs, but the way she changed my mental and emotional state too was phenomen. I can easily say I would have not been able to achieve the results I did without her by my side. The support, motivation and willingness georgia gives me is indescribable. I can never thank her enough. And that is how Georgia stands out from all the personal trainers I have experienced. Never again would I train with anyone other than this girl. The best thing about Georgia as a trainer is she connects with you in such a personal way and she wants to be there with you by your side the whole way. You can just feel the amount of passion she has and it really comes out and shows when she is doing what she loves. I’ve known Georgia for over 2 years now and still to this day she is my number one supporter. I not only consider her my personal trainer but one of my good friends that I couldn’t do life without. Once you meet Georgia and have her train you, you will completely understand every word I’ve spoken..yes she will kick your butt and trust me when I say you will love every minute of it.Carly
