CrossFit is described as ‘Constantly varied functional fitness performed at a high intensity’. This fitness program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect fitness method for any committed individual regardless of experience, fitness level or body type!

Classes are 60 minutes long and designed to increase strength and fitness fast. Each class consists of warm up, skills practice, work out of the day (WOD) and cool down, catered to all fitness levels for a challenging and fun session.

Yes! Our specialty is not specializing. Each day’s workout is different and consists of constantly varied functional movements. This keeps training enjoyable and well rounded – you’ll never get bored!

Every class at CFLR contains functional movements that will assist all of our members in their everyday lives. You will see functional movements in day to day activities – Lifting objects above your head, Lifting your children off the floor, Carrying the shopping bags in.

Our training style is different to traditional gyms. We combine fitness with community. We’re one big happy family that sweat, lift, work hard and socialize together.

All our coaches are professionally trained and our classes are capped at 15 people to ensure that you always get a premium CrossFit experience.
